Our Very Own Easter Bunny.

Had so many good intentions for today but started off on the wrong foot by having a lie in with Eli, when she came through to our bedroom for a snuggle. The day has continued since in the same lazy vein.
It was our intention to visit a petting farm to let Eli feed the lambs etc but the weather was a bit wet and miserable, so gave it a bye.Besides, maybe she is just a little too big in her mid twenties to take along and be sat beside the seven to eight year olds!
We laid in a selection of food to take for a picnic and that too was given the go by.Instead we spread some rugs in the conservatory and had our picnic sat on the floor .To be honest, it was just as enjoyable, with a bit of music and a lot of idle chat.It was so much warmer too. Rather than being sat huddled together, wrapped in blankets , chittering outside, we were fine and cosy as we felt the heat of the sun through the glass.
