bisque country

last night we enjoyed lobster and bubbles followed by yogurt, fresh figs and honey from when i kept bees - a really delicious meal (and it is really not my fault the two restaurants we liked were fully booked)
decided to make a lobster bisque from the carcasses for lunch - absolutely fabulous flavours even though i say so myself.
felt we had done justice to the lobster.
