Atheist buns

The chef will have none of that papist nonsense, so here are his version, no crosses, a day late for Good Friday but still hot and very delicious indeed. Shop bought ones can't hold an altar candle to homemade buns.

An early post for me as today is a gentle pottering kind of day, a clean the rabbits out, finish yer book (Hilary Mantel's fabulous autobiography, Giving up the Ghost) and stuffing face with hot buns and mini eggs kind of day.

Training walk tomorrow, another 20 miler, need to build up the fat reserves. ;-)
