Musket Maintenance

We attended a Fair at the John Jay Homestead today. John Jay was a US founding father with a long resume, including 1st chief justice of the US Supreme Court and Governor of NY.

They had group doing a revolutionary war re-enactment. These men (& some women) were dedicated, as it was quite hot and humid today. Bob and I watched this man clean his musket after the "battle."

Another busy weekend for our family. I would like a rest, but more travel on Wednesday. That's the way it goes...
