Rainham marshes

Spent a good few hours here today, saw a heron but alas I only had my mere phone so the pics I got were pants I left that for the man to capture! other things of interest were taking a wrong turn on the way and when we pulled over to check where we were I saw loads of rats! I've never seen rats climb trees before but seriously these trees were swarming with them! Yucky! Definitely giving the marshes another visit once the days warm up though as the wildlife is great to see.
