Key lime pie

My wife is a brilliant cook, and her cakes and puddings always go down very well. This home made key lime pie has been a particular favourite, and the only thing stopping me eating the whole thing is the fact I can actually feel my arteries clogging up and hardening with every mouthful I take (it doesn't help that I've already had two large slices).
