Bodiam Castle

Today we made most of the fine weather by enjoying a great day out at Bodiam Castle. the castle was built 1385 and is a impressive structure rising dramatically from the surrounding moat. The remaining interior gives an impression of the castle life. The steep never ending spiral staircases brought us to the top of the towers providing wonderful views of the Rother valley making the climb worth the effort. Here is a picture from the top...
