Cold Snap!

After it getting as high as 30 c at the beginning of last week it's pretty unbelievable that it suddendly gone very cold!

We decided to light the fire this evening but I was reluctant to until Archie, our 2 year old, had gone to bed! He's going through a very rough and tumble stage at the moment and together with the selective hearing that every male seems to have, it's turned me into a bit of an over protective Mum! Jade, our recently turned 9 year old said she had the perfect solution that would keep Archie away from the fire...

5 minutes later this sign was on the mantlepiece!!
