Waiting

Keeping an eye on the Skunk Cabbage plant down at the river but nothing seems to be happening for the last 2 weeks. Waiting for the yellow flower? to spring up and show itself to full advantage but noticed today it is lying in the water but it still appears to be attached to the rest of the plant...gave it a gentle poke with a stick...
