An afternoon in the Arboretum

I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in the Arboretum with two good friends. We packed bag lunches to eat in the visitors' center, then we walked and talked, laughed, and talked, climbed up hills and down, crossed bridges and logs over creeks, talking all the way. And we took pictures...lots and lots and lots of pictures. Did I mention that we talked and laughed and walked? It was great fun, and we made a date to do it again next month.

PS To get the angle I wanted for this picture, I lay flat on my back and aimed the lens out over my toes. The crazy things we do to capture a blip!
