Bella and Charlie

I think I mentioned that my friend Nicky finally did the decent thing and had Charlie on Saturday. We met him on Tuesday, where I offered for Lucy THE BIG SISTER to come to ours today.

So I collected Lucy and headed home to meet the Tiddlers mums at a local park (after dropping Bella off to do a clay modelling thing with her friend).

Only it was chuffing freezing so they ALL came here. Mums and their tiddlers. As they left, Clare arrived with her 2 and a new freezer for us. So we had a cup of tea (or two) and leapt into action with the bleach before Clare left leaving Josh behind for Ally!

Earlier this week I had been invited to go and see Exotic Marigolds (?) at the cinema - at 5.30 tonight. But I forgot until almost 4. So I rushed Lucy and Josh home, threw some fish and chips in the oven and set off. Only to be rung up half way there to say it was full :-(

So our evening has been spent trying to return the house to some sort of order before Ben's sister arrives tomorrow for the weekend with her boys!
