Fishing on the Peir

After pootling in the garden this morning I headed into St Andrews for a spot of random food shopping. Picked up some interesting items which I have stored away for later use :) I really did need a bird within a bird within a bird you know! As I do all my shopping online it makes a nice wee change to wander round and actually see what is offered, when I have time, rather than just adding to my robotic pre planned list of must haves for the man to deliver on a Friday

Which reminds me, I did buy some lovely rhubarb ( I am thinking rhubarb and ginger crumble for Sunday afters) I tried to buy that online at Tesco the other week and they wanted £3.99 a bunch (or whatever the collective noun for several stems of rhubarb is) In Aldi today the princely sum of 99p was paid. Result. Naturally I also stocked up on cava and some extra cheap wine for Mr Lif (pearls before swine and all that!)

Many congrats to the lovely Peopletwitcher who effortlessly slipped into her 730th blip before any of us had a chance to realise it yeah right....we lived through every moment of her angst! Top journal, top lady x
