the poor daffs!

We have a lovely wild group of daffodils across from our house which I like to photograph Sienna in on her birthday (which is in 2 weeks). Alas the cold and wind has wiped them out it seems. They are bent over and in their final days before I even got a chance to enjoy them!

But I have seen my first wild poppies springing forth - I absolutely love the 'march' of the spring flowers, something new every week to look forward to.
