Daddy's Hands

There's a guy at work who has been there for many years. He is the one who is called when others are stuck for a solution to a problem. Over the years he has aquired knowledge, expierence, and arthritis. He is a calm, respectful man who is honered for his helpfullness by some on his staff who call him, "Daddy".
