Buds

This is Momo's second year taking surf instructions from Helbert. They seem to adore each other and they are always looking like they are deep in conversation. He is from Nosara and speaks just enough English to get by. Momo's reticence to speak Spanish disappears when she is with him; she's happy to chatter on in Spanish! She tells me he has admitted to her that she is her favorite student of all time....hmmm...
