watching the sunrise

now, isn't it a perfect start to the day when you can watch the sunrise over the ocean? this chap was just standing there, enjoying the moment and the beautiful light. the sun rises over Ben Buckler - that stretch of land at the north end of bondi.

the surf had picked up this morning from yesterday but it was messier too.

went for a 40 minute run in the midday heat - not my wisest moment.. and have just been getting dinner ready for M coming home. Long weekend for easter, yay!
