Taste test

Forget yesterday's baking queen, we have our own king of bread back home and here he is sampling the latest couple of loaves he knocked out the night before: stone-baked, mixed flour, multiseeded sourdough. He travels with his own leaven, quite rightly not trusting the condition of my own culture. For a couple of weeks we can revel in a constant supply of top-quality bread. What bliss.
