Another year older.....

It is my friend's birthday on Saturday.

Last year she was diagnosed with breast cancer, a rare inflammatory form of the disease.....right now she is still battling her way to health.

I cried so much when I first heard, but she is a strong woman, we even joked about who we could pick to take her place when she was gone.....who would look after her 3 boys best and keep her husband most happy.....our final decision was not taken well by her hubby; he did not approve haha!

It was very tough at first, and it still is now, but things are more hopeful at the moment and I wish everyday that she gets through it.

This picture was taken a few years ago during more carefree times when she visited me in London.....I'm hoping it will make her smile and help her to enjoy yet another 21st birthday ;)
