They're changing the guard at Buckingham Palace

I slipped out early, as I had meetings at lunchtime. I saw this lot at Horseguards Parade and by the time I had "sprinted" round St James and Green Parks they had arrived at the Palace for the changing of the guard - and the police were stopping people (like me) crossing the street!

Delays! Delays!
