Every cloud...

Not the best of results for today's weigh-in Wednesday. Paying the price for the weekend, I think. But, I'm still just over a stone lighter than the start of the year.

Not the best blip, just the best I have for today. But, there was a guy here with a tripod, so if he's a blipper, you'll see a better version of this later!

Not the best of days when you're back at work after a week off. But, it was a good day in the office, and there was news of a baby girl for Leanne.

It's all good. :)


p.s. I've changed my name. I'm now the blipper formerly known as xander b..... Next reincarnation will be a squiggle.
