the king and queen of glenkiln

Henry Moore's king and queen occupy a majestic site overlooking the Glenkiln Reservoir. They were sculpted in the year of the Coronation so are celebrating their Diamond Jubilee.

I am still not sure whether sculpture enhances the natural landscape or detracts from it. Playing around with the settings on my phone's camera made the royal pair look even more aliens than they do already.
