It was quite bracing at the breakwater today!

Turn your collar up a bit more.

A while ago there was talk of "them" reducing the length of the breakwater by a third. "They" said it wouldn't affect the protection of the beaches on the leeward side, but I don't think many people believed them. (This is more-or-less the end third of the breakwater!)
