made a quick visit to kat today as its been a rough week with her hurting her back somehow a few days ago and being bedridden since. theres some heavy duty emotional stuff going on for her too as its three years since a major car accident she was in did a lot of damage which she is still yet to heal from fully.

tried to get a sneaky photo of her smiling after i told a really pathetic joke. i said it was good to see her smile. she told me to take a picture as it would last longer. but no. she heard the beep of the autofocus and moved very quickly for a woman with a sore back.
