Ardownie Hill

We took a very brief trip along a nearby country road to get a photograph before the light disappeared. I hadn't been up here for quite a few years and I had forgotten just how spectacular the view was across the River Tay towards Carnoustie and Fife beyond.

This isn't one of these views. I will keep that particular Blip for another day but I did like the silhouette of these trees against the blue. I'm afraid I was out the car for approximately 20 seconds to take about 6 photographs. It was freezing. Hard to believe that last week we were sitting out have dinner on the patio with our t shirts and shorts on.
