while in newcastle the other day, i went into the shop at the baltic gallery. so many beautiful things my head almost fell off and my wallet started having a panic attack... luckily i managed to stop myself from buying anything except two sheets of wrapping paper. BORING

well not actually. it has to be the coolest wrapping paper i have ever seen, to good for wrapping a pressie in as it would only get ripped. it cost £1.25p a sheet!! so i now have to lovely pieces for the hoose and the clip frames cost more than the art.

as i was framing them this morning i saw the artist signature on them, both by jon burgerman who, as it happens, is opening an exhibition of his work at anologue (bottom of victoria street in edinburgh) on the 15th march! will definitely be checking that out
