probably never told you that with everything else that is happening with LPP I thought it was a good idea to sell the house in Aberdeen and buy another house in the country.
Amazingly the Aberdeen house was only on the market for 4 days when I received a firm offer...yahoo.. this aloud me to put an offer on a property out of town which was accepted ...yahoo

unfortunately all of this means packing and moving stuffffff..boohoo..

julie and I are going to live at LBH in the short term, the stuff from ABZ goes to storage and I spend the next 6 to 8 weeks making the new house beautiful....
