Festive Season

End of Yaoshang Festival(for a full five days).

However, sporadic celebrations of Thabal Chongba (enjoyed by the youths) post-festival in conjuction with celebrations of Cheiraoba (Meetei New Year).

The menfolk will join the thabal, already initiated by the females. Every male is entitled to pick a girl of his choice for the celebrations. And they'll jump to the beat going 'round in circles all night long.
