April Snow

Well the forecast was right. We woke this morning to snow flurries.

Fortunately it wasn't lying on the low ground but on our drive to Callander the snow was starting to cling to the trees and the grass.

I stopped briefly at the river. There were fish jumping but it was just too blustery to even attempt a shot. This brave soul was walking his dog, pushing against the strong wind that was blowing him backwards.

It has settled now and hard to believe just how blustery it was earlier and hard to believe we were sunning ourselves in record temperatures this time last week.
