Laing

Laing is a Bicolano dish mainly composed of taro leaves cooked in coconut milk. It is made more interesting by the various spices added on it.

Edited: I did not notice but I already reached my 100th entry. I was planning on posting something else. I will do it, perhaps, on my 200th.
