Île de la Cité

M went to school with Ch today. He was quite nervous about it at first, poor guy. The day went well though. He had lots of little kids coming up to him asking him to say things in "Canadian" at recess. The teacher took the last few minutes of the day to let the class ask him and Ch about how school is different in Canada than France. It seems that the one thing neither the French kids nor the teacher could understand was what "portables" were!

I took this on my way to the Bibliotheque de l'Arsenal yesterday morning. I love getting off the metro at Cardinal Lemoine and crossing over l'île Saint-Louis to get there.

K had a nice free day in Paris and Th wrote three exams, poor thing! She felt they'd gone well, though.
