Rainhead

I shot this photo to remember the craftmanship that would have been put into making this rainhead from castiron. The princpal of this is to cope with the volume of water coming off the roof because of the height of the spouting. I also feel sorry for the poor plumber or aprentice that had to install it as it probably weighs about 20kg
