Birthday

This card was fun to design, but sad that it is the last in the set! I stamped the background and then sat and thought about what I loved about parties. As I looked through the pictures I realized how much I loved banners!!! They are always so much fun and make the room look more birthday like. So I stamped the picture again and only colored the banner. Then I hand cut it out and put a puff dot under each corner to help it stand out (though I am not sure if you can see that in the picture).
