Fading

This is my favourite time of year. Summer winding down and the evenings drawing in. I think I must be in the minority thinking that we've had a relatively OK summer - or maybe it was the promise of something waiting for me at the end? Either way I like autumn. The rich colours, the crunch of the fallen leaves underfoot, amazing skyscapes and cosy evenings tucked up inside as the light fades.
