Glen Rosa

First day out in the field today and luckily it was bright and sunny all day! We had a 10km hike up glen rosa making a rock transverse up the glen. Arran has some beautiful scenery, just stunning! Though hardly had any time to even take my camera out my bag the pace is so fast but really enjoying the geology! Unfortunatly no hot water in the hotel with 40 students all using showers so had a very freezing wake up this morning!
A great start to my geology field trip!
