Barbeque

We are having a cooperative meal with our neighbor at the complex. She prepared the fish with a little olive oil, garlic, and seasoning. My job is to barbeque said fish. Once I put the fish basket on the barbeque, I was left with these remnants on the cutting board we used to transport the fish from kitchen to patio. It was a good thing I used the cutting board, otherwise the floor would have been a mess from dripping oil and spices and I would have been cleaning rather than enjoying a delicious fish dinner.
