Reflecting on my Roots

In Betjamens' Metro Land, back to my roots. Stayed with my Mum prior to a meeting in London. Pinner station, start of many childhood trips to London, once I even saw a steam loco pass through.

Journey home by train marred by falling asleep after Cambridge and making an unwanted visit to Kings Lynn! Not the right route.

Off to Wales for a family holiday tomorrow. No falling asleep on that route as I'll be doing all the driving, Jacinta still recovering from nasty flu :-(
