Ready?

Getting ready for Matteo and Titron's birthday party. A lovely afternoon spent eating cake and zooming around playing Loup and birthday games with hoops. Then straight off to the school meal in the evening, hilarious as always. Apparently unknown to me, I was on the list to be serving (and looking after Nell and sharing a smashing meal with Sonia and Sandy who generously agreed to come along to witness the mayhem). So we shared with Denis- 2 tables between the 3 of us, about 50 covers who all vaguely got their 4 course meal and kir, in between our scoffing and chatting and childcare. Matthew spent the evening as a caramel cat. Lasted out until 10.30 with no meltdowns until Nell couldn't stay awake any longer. Wish i had taken the camera as what with the strip lights and the 200 people and the top notch jambon a l'os it was quite a night.
