Noodlings.
Chicken, Bean Sprouts, Bok Choy on Crispy Rice Noodles for two. Currently my favourite home made Chinese dish. I love cooking Chinese and it's taken years of eating it to fathom out how some of the dishes are assembled. There is a knack to it and the skills only come with practice.
The cookery books are good in the main but it takes more than a recipe to get the right results. Tonight's dish was very tasty but it could be equally as bad the next time I cook it. I still rely on lucky mistakes.
Please don't think I'm saying I'm good. I'm not saying that at all but I have moments when I get better!
