Old School

Ruby was delighted to come along on a tour of my old haunts. She was just hiding it well.

This was the wall where all the Mums held up their "Maggie Thatcher, Milk Snatcher" banners and passed our daily milk cartons over the wall that they'd bought with their own money after Maggie had taken free milk for kids away. That was the first part of her "there's no such thing as society" policies that trashed most of the north of England and elsewhere. Happy days.
