Micro Nikkor 55mm F3.5 (pre 1974).
I have been battling ergonomics on my digital camera (GF1) for a while. The manual focus lens (used with an adapter) that allows me to set the aperture via the lens ring, and shutter via the rear scroll wheel is the closest I can get to my desired shooting ergonomics. see this for reference.
