A bit of a boring day
I ended up staying up until a stupid hour last night..standard...and since we had photography class this morning I had to get up at 8 so I was so so tired. In the end gato didn't end up coming until 10.30 and he just did the theory part with us today because Carina, Danny and me were heading to World Theatre Day so that Danny and I can get speaking to some people for our articles.
We stopped for tucumanas on the way :) and when we arrived they were serving saltenas. The whole thing didn't last too long and we both arranged interviews with the people we had to speak to. I have an interview with the director of an international festival! On the way back to the flat we stopped at the Sopocachi market for some kiwi and orange juice...yummy. The fresh juice is something I'm definitely going to miss about South America!
We then had about an hour in the house before Carina and I had to go to the teatro municipal to get tickets for the others to go to Hamlet de los Andes whilst Sharoll and Danny went to interview the director of this play. We stood waiting in the cold for soo long, only to be told there weren't any tickets left. Afterwards we headed to Kanoo Tours to check out the jungle tours and ended up spending the next hour or so there. In the end (and after a lot of indecisiveness on my part) there was only enough space for 1 person so we told Danny to go without Carina and me since he leaves before us anyway.
Although today was slightly stressful, it wasn't half as bad as yesterday and we now have out newly updated calender (in the pic) to help organise our last few weeks! It was a funny day with lots of laughs and clumsiness, which is slightly worrying since I book the cycling adventure down the most dangerous road in the world for Friday! We stopped for buns on the way back to the flat and it was an argentine stall so I got an alfajor. Then Helena and Rodrigo made tuna pasta for dinner.
