A wee dander (against the wind) on the canal to Linlithgow, accompanied by Jamie.

Sat at Linlithgow Loch for a welcome tablet ice cream...superb.

Coming back with the wind was much quicker, left the canal at Winchburgh onto the road to Kirkliston, then the path from Kirkliston to Newbridge, then main road into Toon.

Jamie was pleased that The Flairmeisters actually won a game.
