Good old tofu

I felt like something comforting for dinner tonight.

I made Japanese tofu in a tahini sauce with cabbage, carrots, noodles and a few Rodrigo Road tomatoes on top - sounds bad but it was good! The recipe for the sauce was based on this recipe in Scandi Foodie, a food blog I've been reading lately.
