April Fool?

For today's challenge, my dad.

Born on the 1st April he is a 'proper' April fool! Deeply ironic as he's probably the least foolish person I've ever met. He knows what he likes, and he's (mostly!) content with what he has. He doesn't feel the need to strive for the unaccomplishable when the accomplishable will keep him happy. He speaks his mind and doesn't suffer fools. At all.

On top of that, he has one of the most brilliant minds I've encountered. He designs and builds things constantly. He designed and built his own car, his house, a plethora of engineering tools... if you need something designed or made, he can do it. Why buy a lawn mower when you can cut up a citroen 2CV and end up with a 4-wheel-steer ride on tractor mower?! ok so that was probably one of his wackier builds :p

So I thought it was fitting that today's 365 be a tribute to one of the most intelligent fools on the planet - Happy Birthday Dad!
