Another meeting (afternoon this time) with a (former) music group member. We had a good old chat over coffee and cakes in Léon's on Wicklow Street. This is the guy whose new place we're going over to in Gozo at the end of October for opera and tourist stuff and house visit and musical get-together.

Once again it was raining, so blipportunities weren't all that great. I did the Grafton Street thing when we parted and got yet another book (Harry Thompson's This Thing of Darkness, a historical novel about Robert FitzRoy and Charles Darwin and the voyage of The Beagle). This window display in Brown Thomas's caught my eye. I've no idea what it's trying to sell, but it's certainly striking.

I've been a bold blipper, only now getting round to filling in the gap since Saturday. No excuse really, apart from being a bit busy with work and spending far too much time socialising and downloading and listening to music. I'm finally up to date, and I've back-blipped the aftermath of Sunday's GP lunch, a victim of the stormy weather, and another wet blip.
