Stairs to Nowhere

Loki wondering what to do at the top of stairs that just end ?? On our afternoon walk, Mr. Badger, the dogs, and I all discovered an area being torn up. There was a pool foundation (overgrown like crazy), some random rubble, and stairs that went nowhere. Weirdly sad that it used to be someone's home and now it is just decaying. Whoever was taking it apart didn't even finish the job =\
