This is as close to a Heron as I have ever got. I would have managed to get closer but a wee boy decided to chase it, boys will be boys.

Our day:

Got up,
Hung out the washing (I managed to peg Mike's thumb to the washing line lol),
Took Mike of the washing line and had breakfast,
Did the weekly shopping and bumped into G, C & D.
D helped us with the shopping.
Took D back home after all his hard work.
Mike then took me out for ice cream (but forgot his wallet lol, it was the thought that counts after all. So I treated him to an ice cream).
We fed the ducks and headed home.
Mike washed the car, while I made dinner.
Chilled out and watched Harry Potter on tv.
