Rabbit ?

.... I'm not too sure.

I saw this on the pavement on my way home from work this evening. It looks like the remains of one of the local cats hunting expeditions. Maybe a rabbit or a squirrel.

Ignoring the brutal act of nature that most likely created this, the colour and texture caught my eye.
