A new path

Today Ann was really tempted to do 'another sun terrace blip' as that is where she has spent most of today - wrinkly old prune?!

I went for my walk on the beach at 8.30am this morning and people were already 'setting up camp'. What is it about British holiday makers that makes them need to secure a spot at that time in the morning on a massive beach when there's room for everyone?!

Ann says that after working for more than 15 years in the 'tourism trade' she's come to the conclusion that holiday makers are mad! However, before braving the tourists she was a primary school teacher - what is worse?!

Anyway, it was a glorious day here in sunny St Ives so when we got back from my morning walk Ann immediately went onto our very sunny, sun terrace - and stayed there until late afternoon when she decided she'd better take me for my walk.

I would have liked to have gone back to the beach. Unfortunately for me, Ann said there were too many people on the beach this afternoon. I'm a bit naughty when there's lots of people about. I do stuff like 'stealing balls' and 'sitting right in front of people who are having picnics'?! I give them my 'appealing look' so that they give me little titbits - it always works.

So, off I went for my walk along the coastal path - and guess what?! We found a little path that we've never been on before. It was fab. Look at the lovely view from it. I love finding new and exciting paths to walk along.

I'm exhausted now. I've had my dinner and I'm flopped out on the rug in the living room.

Ann says it's time for a glass of wine as she needs to catch the last rays of the day.

Happy Sunday Evening Blippers!
