Olympic tour

Sara and I took the folks up to Stratford today to take them on a tour of the Olympic site and the surrounding area and we certainly got our moneys worth - it was 2 and half hours long! We booked it for Dad's birthday as he's applied to be a volunteer for the Games (he's just waiting to hear if he's been accepted) so we thought he'd want to know how about the construction of it all. Our guide was brilliant and had an amazing amount of information about the place so I think we all learnt a lot more about the whole design concept.
